OUR FLU CLINIC IS SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY, OCTOBER 30TH.
LMS Students: Flu forms will be sent home with students next week. Parents/Guardians be sure to ask your students for them.
Please make sure to sign and complete both forms (Flu form and school immunization clinic form). Insurance section must be completed.
FLU FORMS ARE DUE BACK BY OCTOBER 19TH.
Flu forms will also be available in the front office at each school during parent-teacher conferences if you need to pick up forms.

We had the privilege of having Dr. Barry Owen from the
Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Smith at LMS today. He spoke with students about career opportunities in the health sciences field and characteristics of a great employee. Students also took a virtual tour of their amazing campus.
